What is the Leadership Program?
The Leadership Program is designed for students ages 11 and up who are passionate about the performing arts and eager to develop real-life leadership skills. Participants take an active role in our summer camps—mentoring younger students, assisting in daily operations, and helping lead activities in a fun, structured environment.

Program Details

What are the responsibilities of a Leadership Program participant?
Participants will:
• Lead warm-ups and activities in acting, voice, and dance
• Manage groups of younger campers and assist with technical tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive rehearsal environment
• Prepare ahead using provided materials before each camp
• Apply training from the mandatory May Leadership Training Day

What are the time commitments?
• Attend camp daily from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during your selected weeks
• Participate in a mandatory Leadership Training Day in May (Saturday, 9 AM–1 PM)
• Participants must commit to at least one full week of camp after training

Is the schedule flexible?
Yes—participants may select which full weeks they’re available to join. However, full attendance is required for any selected week.

Do Leadership Program participants receive training?
Yes. All participants are required to attend a Leadership Training Day in May. The training is free and equips students with the tools and mindset for a successful leadership experience.

What does the program cost?
• Leadership Training Day: Free
• Weekly Leadership Program: $195 per week

This is a structured training program, not a volunteer position. Participants gain leadership skills through guided mentorship and practical experience.
