Lessons take place at our studio located at 1200 Town Center Dr. #115, Jupiter, FL 33458—right in the heart of Abacoa!
-
Is a keyboard available on site?

Yes! We have a digital grand piano on site that can be used for warm-ups and to accompany singing during the lesson.
-
How often are lessons held?

Lessons are typically held once per week. However, some families opt to schedule additional sessions depending on availability and the student’s goals.

-
What do I need to bring to my private lessons?

Students should bring a water bottle and any required lesson materials. For piano students, this includes their method books and any assigned sheet music. If you're studying voice or acting, your teacher will provide a list of materials needed—this may include a notebook, or specific books. Your teacher will guide you through everything you need to be prepared for each lesson.
-
Will my child need to purchase books or materials?

This depends on the discipline:

-
Piano students usually work from method books such as Bastien, Alfred, or Pianimals (for our youngest learners).
-
Vocal students generally use printed sheet music or digital materials. A music theory book may also be recommended.

-
Do you use the Suzuki method?

No, we don’t use the Suzuki method, as it requires a high level of parent participation and is more common in studios focused solely on instrumental instruction. We tailor our teaching approach to each student, using a variety of proven methods and materials.

Participation & Progress
-
Can parents attend the lessons?

To help students build confidence and independence, parents do not attend lessons or enter the building during instructional time.
-
Will I have a chance to perform if I take private lessons?

Yes! Students have the opportunity to perform in both our holiday recital and our end-of-year recital. These events are a great way to build confidence, celebrate progress, and share what you've learned with family and friends. Students are also encouraged to consider joining one of our Musical Workshops when they’re ready for a collaborative and creative group experience
